Noble Arrow: One Year of Empowering Changemakers

Noble Arrow, a Calgary-based agency established in 2023 by Worthington PR & Story, was created to empower non-profits and changemakers dedicated to making a positive social impact.

Operating as an agency within an agency, Noble Arrow was launched with a mission to make professional PR and communications services more accessible to those who need them most, amplifying the voices of organizations striving to create a better, more inclusive world.

Noble Arrow is celebrating one year of strong community impact supporting non-profit organizations from Calgary and across Alberta.

Over the past year, Noble Arrow has made remarkable strides, working with organizations of all sizes. The agency has become a trusted partner and advisor for non-profits and changemakers, offering services tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each organization. Crafting compelling PR campaigns, delivering hands-on media training, developing issues management strategies and helping to build organizational capacity, Noble Arrow has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and tell their story.

Over the last year, the Noble Arrow team has supported the announcement of Canada’s first-ever dementia-inclusive park space, to be built next year. In an incredible first for Calgary, the team also supported the launch of Calgary Wild FC, the city’s first professional women’s soccer team beginning play next year. Noble Arrow has also worked with local initiatives to tackle misconceptions around adoption and has worked with a group of foster care agencies to raise awareness about the need for additional foster caregivers in Edmonton and across Alberta.

The work is certainly rewarding and the change for these organizations is measurable and positive.

Beyond its client work, Noble Arrow has prioritized accessibility and education. The agency plans to offer workshops, training curriculums, and consultations designed to equip non-profits with the tools they need to succeed. It has already provided a lunch ‘n’ learn style media training program to dozens of non-profits across Alberta.

As Noble Arrow celebrates its first anniversary, it’s a time to reflect back on positive change while also looking to enhance that impact in 2025. Noble Arrow committed to continuing its mission of uplifting changemakers, amplifying their stories, and contributing to a stronger, more compassionate world.
